Ihre Aufgaben
Als Werkstudent Sensor System Testing (w/m/d) führen Sie Radartests durch und erheben Sensordaten in verschiedenen stationären und dynamischen Situationen.

  • Führen Sie Sensorsystemtests mit fortschrittlichen und hochmodernen Test- und Messgeräten durch
  • Planen, terminieren und übernehmen Sie die Durchführung von Tests; Verfolgen und melden Sie ihren Status bis zur Fertigstellung
  • Richten Sie  Messaufbauten mit Sensoren, Zielen und Hilfsgeräten ein und aufeinander aus
  • Führen Sie Testfahrten mit einer branchenführenden Sensor-Softwareplattform durch
  • Entwickeln und optimieren Sie ferngesteuerte Automatisierung von Tests und Messungen
Ihr Profil
  • Gute Erfahrung mit Sensor Tests auf HiL-Prüfständen und/oder Testfahrzeugen
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Messgeräten
  • Erfahrung im Fernsteuerungsbetrieb/Automatisierung mit SCPI-Befehlen in Python
  • Fähigkeit auf Windows- (10+) und Ubuntu- (18.04+) basierenden Betriebssystemen zu arbeiten
  • Leidenschaft für fortschrittliche Sensorsysteme autonomer Fahrzeuge
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung

About the role
As a Working Student Sensor System Testing (f/m/d) you will perform Radar tests and collect Sensor data in different stationary and dynamic situations.

  • Perform sensor system tests using advanced and state of the art test & measurement equipment
  • Plan, schedule and own the execution of tests; track and report their status until completion
  • Set up and align measuring environments with sensors, targets and auxiliary devices
  • Conduct test drives using a industry leading Sensor software platform
  • Develop and improve remote-control automation of tests and measurements
Your profile
  • Good experience with Sensor testing on HiL-testbenches and/or test vehicles
  • Hands-on experience with measurement devices
  • Experience in remote-control operation/automation using SCPI commands in Python
  • Capable to work with Windows (10+) and Ubuntu (18.04+) based operating systems
  • Passion for advanced AV Sensor systems 
  • Willingness for continuous further development
  • High readiness for teamwork

  • Good German and English skills
