Technical Program Manager (f/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben
​As a Technical Program Manager (f/m/d) you will play a critical role coordinating within our Munich-based Radar development team and the San Francisco based Radar, Perception and Program teams. You will be part of the PMO / TPM back office and work very closely with the Senior TPM to identify key challenges faced within the CMUC Radar projects, and partner with all project shareholders to drive programs that address these challenges from a program-level perspective.

What you will be doing:

  • With the development and engineering teams you create and support program milestones, cross- team integration points, overall schedule & execution plan
  • Supportively help resolve issues and drive course corrections as needed - be directly involved in helping teams foresee and overcome barriers or blockers
  • Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders during Hardware components development and production, both in-house and by third-party vendor partners
  • Capture and track inter-team dependencies and handoffs; monitor and help resolve issues
  • Communicate progress effectively across the program team
  • Support project teams in managing risks related to scheduling, product performance, quality and costs.
  • Manage day to day operational aspects of multiple projects in the teams
  • Create and organize all relevant documentation and reportings
Ihr Profil
  • Bachelor or Master in engineering, science, or a related field
  • Several years of relevant industry experience
  • Background in radar and/or automotive sensors technology incl. industrialization of those
  • Work experience with automotive components and automotive industry needs
  • You enjoy complex technical systems and programs
  • Good technical and nontechnical communication skills
  • You inspire your teams and vendors to reach the defined goals and milestones day by day
  • Easy understanding for opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Excellent English language skills

Your profile
