Ihre Aufgaben
  • Design von mehrlagigen Leiterplatten und Schaltpläne basierend auf der Designumgebung Cadence / Allegro
  • Erstellen von Spezifikation und der kompletten Dokumentation zu den PCB & PCBAs (Drilllegende, Stackaufbau o.ä)
  • Anlegen neuer Bauteile sowie Kontrollieren und Pflegen vorhandener Bauteile in Cadence / Allegro
  • Betreuen von Design for Manufacturing (DfM) & Design for Assembly (DfA)
  • Betreuen der Leiterplattenherstellung mit EMS Partnern (Electronic Manufacturing Services)
  • Generieren der Fertigungsdaten zu den jeweiligen PCB & PCBAs nach Projektfortschritt (ODB++ / Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place etc.)
  • Zusammenarbeit im gemischten Team mit Entwicklern für Hochfrequenzelektronik, Digital- und Analogelektronik und Mechanik
  • Schaltungssimulationen (SI/PI oder EMV o.ä.) und Worst-Case-Analysen sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung zum technischen Systemdesigner, technischen Produktplaner oder vergleichbare oder höhere Ausbildung bzw. Studium
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich komplexer PCB Designs
  • Erfahrung in Mixed Signal Design und EMV gerechtem Design erwünscht
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von CAD Tool Cadence/Allegro sowie der zugehörigen Addons bzw. ähnlicher Tools
  • Fortgeschrittene Erfahrung mit ANSYS SiWave oder einem ähnlichen Tool ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in englisch und deutsch

About the role
  • Design of printed circuit boards including complex multi-layers and circuit diagrams using the tool Cadence / Allegro
  • Creation of specifications and documentation for the PCB & PCBAs (drilling legend, stack build or similar)
  • Creating new components and checking and maintaining existing components in Tool Cadence/Allegro
  • Supervision of activities Design for Manufacturing (DfM) & Design for Assembly (DfA)
  • Supervision of the printed circuit board production with EMS partners (Electronic Manufacturing Services)
  • Generation of the production data for the respective PCB & PCBAs according to project progress (ODB++ / Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place etc.)
  • Coworker in a mixed team of developers for high frequency and embedded computers and the mechanical design team
  • Circuit simulations (SI/PI or EMC or similar) and worst-case analyses are plus points but not a requirement
Your profile
  • Completed technical training as a technical system designer, technical product planner or higher training or degree
  • Many years of professional experience in the field of complex PCB designs
  • Experience in mixed signal design and EMC-compliant design desired
  • Very good knowledge of the CAD tool Cadence/Allegro and the associated addons or similar tools
  • Advanced experience with ANSYS SiWave or a similar tool is a plus but not a requirement
  • Very good communication skills
  • Very good language skills in English and German
